In Malaysia, landslide are regular natural disasters which happen at the hillsides such as at Cameron Higland Pahang, Hulu Klang Selangor, Penang hillside in Peninsular Malaysia and Mount Kinabalu area and Canada Hill in East Cost Malaysia. Landslide defines a wide range of ground movement, such as rock falls, deep failure of slopes, and shallow debris flows.
